I hate it when I have to work with people that I don^t know. I am always nervous that they are going to destroy something in my company and that everything will go wrong. When I work with people that I know everything is easier as we know a lot about each other. Thanks to this working together becomes natural and there is nothing that we have to add. When you hire a stranger you can expect anything from him. It is really difficult to say whether he would be a good worker or not. Do you know what I mean? Recently I have hired a person to create a website advertising our Payday loans. I thought that thanks to this we will increase the number of our customers and we will make more money. It is natural when you think about it that thanks to the online advertising you might achieve a lot. The problem is that this person took money for this website about our Payday loans and he has never finished it. I can^t contact with him and I don^t know what to do. I have been thinking about it for a while. If you have some ideas, please share them with me. I really wanted to have this website about our Payday loans and now I feel terrible about it.
