In every country all around the world people have to pass the driving license examination to be allowed to drive a car on their own. I mean on public roads. There is no possibility just to buy a car and start using it on public roads without having any license or papers allowing to do so. That could be very dangerous for the general safety on roads. The streets would be full of drivers without preferences and the level of safety would defiantly decrease for an average pedestrian. Wouldn"t you agree with me? This is why those theory test and practical examination parts are so important. They are there to make sure that nobody gets the papers by accident. In order to pass the theory test you already need to be quite well oriented in the basic rules and road traffic regulations. Personally, I had no problems with making it successfully at the theory test, but I know and I have heard from many people that this isn"t a piece of cake in some cases. But once again, I am for it and I recommend that the level of difficulty of theory test went even up because that would just improve the quality of traffic, so to say. There would be no people that got the driving license by accident. And as a result, the roads would be far safer!
